We recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy applies to the RTO vehicle Information app (Android & IOS) under the publisher name of “RTO Vehicle Information”. We have created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you to provide corresponding services and a better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using our apps would be collected.

2. Information We Collect

Generally. We may collect personal information from our users including the name, email address, city name, vehicle information of users to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience. The categories of information we collect can include Social network's personal information and device's gallery pictures.

Non-personal identification. We may collect non-personal identification information about installed applications, application usage information and device information.

We require some user permissions from the users to provide our services:

• Camera Permission: Access the camera to capture images. This permission is required to capture and save the useful vehicle and other documents into the app.
• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Access to store files in reading and writing mode.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: This permission is required to check the network connectivity status to show advertisements.
• Location Permission: Users can take advantage of the speedometer feature of our app by granting this permission. The app offers a GPS speedometer feature that requires location permission to measure the speed while walking, running, or driving. So that users can maintain their speed at different locations to follow the traffic rules. We also provide a feature to search nearby places around the user's current location. So, this permission is required to take full advantage of the app.

3. How We Use Collected Information

This privacy policy describes how we may use your information for serving you better as below:

• To personalize user experience;
• To help develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services;
• We may collect your non-personal information and use them for our market and promotion purposes, for example, we may promote or recommend more relevant apps to you.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of our Apps, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send push notifications.

4. How Your Information May Be Disclosed

All the personal and non-personal information except the publicly available information about vehicles as provided by Government Parivahan Service remain exists on our servers. This information may be used for analyzing statistical data to provide better services. This information will be permanently deleted from our servers as long as it is no longer required for us.

We do not disclose this information to any third-party services except the given scenarios,

• If any public authority or any order was given by the court to disclose it.
• If our company collaborate with other companies or is acquired by another company, all the collected information will be transferred to them.

5. User preferences

• We may send push notifications to provide app updates, feature updates, RTO news, etc. which may be linked to the app features or third party services. However, you can opt out of these promotional services anytime from the setting menu of our app.
• The app also contains advertisements. You can purchase a subscription to experience the ad-free version of the app.

6. Third Party Sites

In general, we have integrated third-party services (such as Login with Google, ACKO insurance, Cars24, Truebil, etc.) in our mobile app. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Cars24, as a service to our users. The site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, the services or the site, you may leave the Application, the services or the site. Some of these third-party sites may be co-branded with our name/logo or our affiliated entity's name/logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by us. This Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, the services or the site. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third-party Websites does not imply endorsement of such third party Websites by us. We suggest you manually check their privacy policy published on their website.

7. Users with whom you share your information

We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the services or the site (including via Forums) or how other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.

8. Security

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We have implemented a powerful security system to protect users' data. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

We ask that you not send us, and you not to disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the services or the site or otherwise to us.
